 Geoff Dive,Founder and CEO has been inv olved with high tech engineering programs since 1981. During the1981. During the 1990's he was the CEO of IBD Consulting GmbH a telecoms company involved in the design of digital rossconnects. In 1999 he founded Baylight Networks which was sold to Corvis Corporation and he ran the Baylight Division for 6 years. During this time he was also Chairman and CEO of Corvis France SA.

 Kai-Uwe Rupp, CTO and GM Europe was the first employee in Baylight Networks before the merger with Corvis and as Director of the Systems Director of the Systems group led the product definition, technology selection, and systems rchitecture. After his time at Corvis he worked as a senior engineering consultant in the Automotive and communications sectors in Germany before co-founding Anapasoft.

Our History and Mission
Project management organization is always a tricky subject and is often a compromise between stakeholder interests. In many cases project management companies and consultants are brought in at considerable expense to find the optimum solution. However, research shows that time and again the biggest problem faced by project teams is effective collaboration.
Originated in various high tech telecom projects in the 1990's, the inKontext™ concept was first put into live projects in 2001 on a multinational $50m R&D application with engineering groups in USA, Europe and Asia. Experience had shown that much of the challenge of engineering teams when working on new programs is simply getting everyone pulling together with the same strategic goals and objectives, a common understanding of product requirements, a consistent manner to record the results of discussions and meetings where decisions are taken and enhanced abilities for management to find out what's the real state of health of the project.
Many of the problems which project managers face is that by simply creating GANNT charts, the data is extremely susceptible to inaccurate or late status reporting by team members, unrealistic schedules which rely on a best-case scenario, and poor risk management. In order to solve these problems we decided to create a tool suite that would have the ability not only to serve as a centralized collaboration platform, but also be the enabler of Peripheral Vision™ - a combination of online realtime project management and business process metrics.
The great thing about inKontext is that it is simple to use and well liked by team members - it really gets used and it continuously gives valuable management information to the teams.
